Appointed to the Port Authority Police Department in 2000. As a Police Officer, Dan was assigned to the Central Police Pool, PATH and the Criminal Investigations Bureau before being promoted to Sergeant in 2011. As a Patrol Sergeant, Dan was assigned to the Port Authority Bus Terminal and the PATH Commands. Dan was promoted to Lieutenant in February 2014. As a Police Lieutenant, Dan was assigned to the George Washington Bridge, where he is currently assigned as the Executive Lieutenant.

In 2021, Dan was elected to the Executive Board as a Trustee, and was appointed to the Recording Secretary position in March of 2022.

Dan, currently resides in Hudson County, NJ with his wife and 2 children.
